Sandra Bundy – As Broker-in-Charge of B&P, Inc. Sandra is committed to providing the highest level of Real Estate Services possible by listening to clients and sales associates and understanding their individual needs and goals in the buying and selling process. Helping buyers and sellers and educating them on all aspects of the real estate transaction since 2001 has provided her the experience to promote real estate opportunities to clients and sales associates. Corporate clients will appreciate her understanding of the REO market and attention to the special requirements shared by many asset managers in disposing of foreclosed properties. In 2008 Sandra returned to her hometown of Murrells Inlet to open the company branch office serving Coastal South Carolina.
John Bundy – Grew up in the office in Bennettsville that still houses the main branch of B&P, Inc. After joining the company in 2000 John continued the company operations by incorporating his father’s business sense and people skills into Real Estate. With several years of formal education and a lifetime of training he is able to assist clients in making their real estate experience enjoyable.
Brooke Hubbard – With a paralegal degree and several hundred Real Estate Closings behind her, Brooke joined B & P, Inc. and earned a SC Real Estate License in the summer of 2007. Since then she has listed and sold several properties in the area and has high hopes and shows much enthusiasm about the forthcoming progress in Marlboro County’s market. As a native of Marlboro County, she has an understanding and appreciation of the local market. Brooke serves her clients with a blend of education and experience mixed with a touch of excitement to ensure they have a great real estate experience, no matter which side of the closing table they’re on.
Kim Morgan – Kim and his wife Constance have lived in Wallace, SC, since 2002. “We are committed to this community and we really enjoy living here”. Kim is bringing over thirty years experience in the IT, Computer Service field, with an emphasis on Customer Service. Mr. Morgan feels that there is an opportunity for great economic growth here in Marlboro County and anxious to assist you with all of your Real Estate needs.
Alexander “Alex” Sing – Alex brings years of customer service experience as a lifetime entreprenuer and business owner. Working the Coastal Market he brings extensive area knowledge combined with an eye for detail and exceptional negotiating skills to assist his real estate clients.
